HUGE FPS DROPS SINCE TOTY EVENT UPDATE

Since the beginning of the TOTY event, I have been experiencing an issue during gameplay that has never occurred before. While playing, when the FPS remain stable at 120, everything runs perfectly. However, at a certain moment, there is a sudden FPS drop to around 30-40, lasting for about 30 seconds, after which the FPS return to a stable 120. During this drop, the game becomes completely unplayable – everything responds with a significant delay, every button press on the controller is heavily lagged, and it is impossible to control anything properly. The game only returns to normal once the FPS go back to 120.
