I bought the FC25 game and it doesn't show that it has been purchased and I can buy it again

It didn't work, but if I can't add the version I bought to the cart, you wonder if it's just a visual error?

Same that’s happened to me I brought the game and now it says it’s not paid for I hate the virtual ea support I need to talk to a HUMAN NOW
