Did you manage to solve this. I'm facing the same issue. The first time it worked after I switched to a different internet network. Now it does not work at all
Same here I bought the hole game and it still says upgrade
If you're able to get it to work please share. Chat has been unable to help me and none of the mods here have answered since they marked the original thread as "solved" back in November even though a whole group of us have had issues with the game being stuck in Showcase mode since the Anti-Cheat update in December. I haven't been able to get back into the non Showcase version since then.
