i can only see the background in fc25

Hello i have a issue with my ea account when playing ea fc25 where i can only see the background of the game  . The problem comes from my account because i logged into 2 of my friends ea account on the same device and everything worked perfectly fine and i gave these same two friends my ea account and the same issue that i had happened to them when playing ea fc 25 on my account . So that means that the issue comes from lmy account and not my device . Btw i can hear that the game is working like when i press a button on my controller it works on the game . SO can please someone help me
