I cannot redeem a pack from the store

I spent 1500 FIFA points on a season booster pack and got a small breakthrough pack inside it. However everytime I click to redeem it I’m unable to and it just gives me the message’ There was a problem connecting to the Football Ultimate Team servers. Please try again later.’ I have more fifa points and would like to open more packs however I am unable to because there’s something in the store I can’t claim.
