i cant even download it

everytime i try download fc 25 it gives me i need to download microsoft visual c++ 2012 redistributable (x86) - 11.0.60610 and ive done everything to help  just a waste of money

i can download it but then when it hits 51.6gb it says i need to download c++ 2012 redistributable (x86) - 11.0.60610 even tho i have it
