I can't find any matches in Division Rivals – matchmaking just doesn't work.

I'm a PC user, and right now, whenever I finally get a Division Rivals match, my opponents just quit immediately. I'm sure these players are abusing the system illegally. I couldn't play a single game in two hours yesterday. This seriously needs to be fixed. I paid for this game, and it's incredibly frustrating that things like this are happening
