title update problem
so ever since the new title update i cant load into ultimate team so i woul appreciate some help with this I bought the game on steam and ive never had this problem before
i found a fix on a diffrent post

I have the same issue i also bought the game on steam yesterday

Please make sure to add the game to the exceptions list in Windows Firewall and your antivirus program. If possible, install the game in the default location. Run the game as an administrator and see if that helps.
done all of this and still nothing changed. when i verify files on steams it appears that there is a 30 mb update and then in the ultimate team it shows TU required after that when i verify the files on steam it shows the same 30mb i've just bought and downloaded the game like 5 hours ago . i've also reinstalled the EA app as well as clearing the caches and the temp files so can you please tell me a solution for this

See if the installation and update process will complete if you run your PC in clean boot mode.
If you are using steam tools then this is why this is happening delete it and and delete and reinstall steam
steamtools is illegal as it uses key chain which mean u play game using someone key !!i found a fix on a diffrent post
