I can't join my friends lobby

It's actually disgusting, everytime I play a pro clubs game I have to restart my game because it takes 10 years to load this has been an issue while I was on my 10 hour trial and I've just wasted 100 bucks just for this issue to keep on showing up. I can't believe I've spent 100 bucks just to not be able to play the game with my friends fluently

How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Jump into the lobby and select a position.
What happens when the bug occurs? You cannot see where you are expected to play for the role.
What should be happening instead? The heatmap should show for whichever position you select in the lobby.

Heat maps show when creating tactics but need to show in the lobby so people can understand where they should be on the pitch for their role.

The roles, heat maps and FM style tactics are a welcome improvement but it seems showing heat maps in the lobby for your selected position was overlooked.

My game is blocked forever when i trying to joining a pro club lobby after leaving a match.

I've already uninstalled the game, I've already repaired the game, I've already deleted the cache, I've already deleted %temp%, I've already deleted %appdata%, what else i need to do to solve this problem? inform all my friends not to buy the game?

My mate cannot join my club and play together.

I am using PS5 and he is on PC.

We have checked all the cross-platforms are on and tried everything we know.
Might I ask whats the problem??

We are playing pro clubs with our friends, but I cannot log in. I can't enter their lobby. I play on playstation 5, game fC25

We tried everything for an hr no solution anywhere,

I am on pc and my friend on ps5 and it shows error whenever we try to join each other and crossplay is enabled as well on fc 25

absolute joke of a company, the worst gameplay and technical issues of any of the series , its nothing to do with your windows updates outdated drivers and connection issue as they like to always reply with that generic excuse, ea made $7bn last year and 30% of that came from ultimate team, ea have no incentive to make a good stable game! things people want improving never get done, so instead they break the only things good about the game, fc24 was not the best but jesus fc25 makes fc24 look amazing, well done ea! $100 game, more like $30, the game is normally dead in 6 months but it will be alot faster this year
