Missing Season pass rewards

Was not able to claim lvl39 rewards in season pass. On console then pressing claim they were still there for few times.After switched to the app on the phone status was completed rewards never arrived. Contacted EA support for 2 times. First time they said it was account glitched and rewards should appear after 24 hours of course nothing happened. Second time they said yes your rewards were not delivered we are sorry but can't help you. Thanks for nothing EA your are great company.
