I can't play Clubs. "There was an error obtaining you online information".

I can't play Clubs since recently. It was working as normal until a week ago. Since then, when I try to play Clubs, it takes very long to load the menu, and even after it loads, I'm not able to play any matches, because of the following error: "there was an error obtaining you online information".
