its unbelievable i do all the steps of guide

i do unistall and install game 4 times

i do format on my pc and fc 25 dont working open but i cant see nothing only greeen screen and menu without nothing plz do something

i have send so many emails so many days i dont have answer from somenone i cant play so many days over a week and the problem not fixed

i delete all files i go to my pc on special and doing on my pc format

SOLVE IT I PAY 100 EUROS ABOUT SPECIAL EDITION AND NOT FIXED MY PROBLEM I LOSE ALL REWARDS 2 WEEKS NOW AND I PUT IN GAME OVER 200 EUROS

WHAT HAPPENED ALL CAN PLAY AND I CANT I SEE GREEN SCREEN AND MENU DONT LOADING LETTERS I CANT SEE NOTHING
