higuys ı bought fc25 15 december but yesterday ı was trying to pla my game but ea said but this game ı checked my account but ı cant see my game any suggestion any solutions ı have dekont to ı have game sry for my bad english

Hey Tahammd,
Where did you buy your game, and where are you trying to launch it from?
Maybe this is a silly question, but if you're trying to launch it from the EA app, are you sure you're on the right account? If you have multiple, it might be a good idea to check your other accounts in case you bought it there.
