The game is not working

The issue began two weeks ago when the game unexpectedly crashed. Now, every time I try to launch it, the screen turns green and freezes right after the personal settings page. I've already reinstalled the game six times and confirmed my drivers are up to date. Since other, more graphically demanding games run without a problem, I'm confident the issue isn't with my graphics card.
