I cant play PS25 on my PS4

I bought my kid a used PS4 console.  In addition, we bought a new disc with the game Fifa23, which works and everything is fine, but when we installed PS25, we cannot play.  During the marketing problem on your site I was informed that there is already an EA account for my PS4.  How is it possible to remove the account from the previous owner..?  Please help, thanks.
