I did not receive my EA FC Points I paid for

paid for 5900 eafc points and not got my points still. help would be great EA_Blueberry: Edited post title to be more descriptive

i just buy 12000 points and i didnt receive it what is the proplem ?

@7b9d-e6n4-mb6t Sometimes you need to wait up to 24 hours to receive your FC points. if the problem persists after 24 hours, contact EA help if purchased via a trusted retailer.
