I did not receive my EA FC Points I paid for

paid for 5900 eafc points and not got my points still. help would be great EA_Blueberry: Edited post title to be more descriptive

i had a fc 25 points code u redeemed on the xbox store but i haven’t received them on my account yet ?

    Hi, I have bought the ultimate addition and for a 99.99 pounds you guaranteed me 4200 points and I haven’t received them! 

    how can this be sorted out or I will be requesting a refund off the game

    My gamertag is on Xbox: Bdogsarmy.
