I don't get it

I really don't understand why EA25 has so many obvious errors. The rival defender kicks the ball out after a challenge and the game gives a goal kick. Players send passes wherever they want. Goalkeepers don't dive to catch the ball or they bounce it even with weak shots. This game is worse every year.
