I don't have access to the season pass on FC25 on ps5

I have spoke to them about 5x now. They tell me they are working on a fix. Don't give me any information on when. The game has been out over 2 months now and I still don't have access to the season pass and I'm missing packs from linking my EA account to youtube and twitch. Shocking from EA to let such an issue get ignored when they have brought out several updates bringing changes to gameplay whilst many players don't have access to CORE parts of the game. What a mistake buying this game was, I won't be giving another £ to EA.
