I Finally found a solution to the stuttering in fc25 for pc.

I Finally found a solution to the stuttering in fc25 for pc. So it turns out the stuttering was happening because of frame drops. What I did to fix this was I downloaded MSI afterburner and Riva tuner. I used Riva tuner to limit the fps of fc25 to 100 fps. Next, I turned down the resolution to 1080p. Don't forget to set the settings in fc25 to window borderless, max refresh rate, no limit on fps, and vsync off. This is not a total fix still, for some reason playing in 1440p causes a lot of stuttering, and it frustrates me because I play all games in 1440, and having to play a less demanding game in lower settings and resolution looks very ugly. Anyway, hope this helps some people.

Lowering resolution / lowering details... not really a FIX...
On my system game runs bad at 4K, but very smooth at 1080.

So not a fix at all.

Problem is EA side not optimizing for higher resolutions.

Running smooth at 4K would be a real fix.

    (i9-13900K, 4080ti, 64 GB ram.... so let's no kidding. I can run Cyberpunk2077 full details 4K butter-smooth)

And what you suggest, you can easily do it with Nvidia settings. No need at all of Rivatuner and other stuff.

I did the same you did with NV inspector, but still can't run smooth 4K.

Again, as you also say, NOT a fix.
