I got disconnected after game is over

Hello! After every match, I receive a message like the one shown in the picture, and then I get disconnected back to the main menu. I’m not sure what’s happening because the game doesn’t explain why ...

Hey @benji999jw,

Did you leave a large number of matches just before you got this issue?

  In that case it sounds like you might have a soft ban on your account. They're usually triggered by leaving a large number of matches is a short space of time. They usually expire in about 24 hours, so I'd recommend just waiting it out.

    Why the game does not tell me this? I find this very unfair that I do something that is not forbidden (atleast to my knowledge), and then they punish me for it but without even telling me. Just lost 2 squad battles match points because of this issue.
