I buyed the game yesterday and i played for like 5 hours and today when a i open the game it is saying that i cannot connect to ea servers and a banned thing come up thi is crazy and i am a noob at the game

EA_QueenBeethis is odd - I have no active ban that shows on my account, but after every match an advisor on EA chat told me to try and solve " my connection issues" on the forum. After i finish every match it just says "ea servers cannot process .
Surely they can see if I'm banned (shadow or otherwise) and can just confirm as such and either fix it or not. rather than me spending hours tring to diagnose a connection problem . My son played a lot of FC cup last night so i'm guessing that this is the reason
This also happened to me and it says I have been cheating when I have not and it has only said it since 1am today.
I have same issue even though I bought the game 3 days ago, they said I was cheating and banned me.
The same connection issue message also comes up when I try to log in to online.
Yeah same with me I got banned at 1am today for no reason and can’t access the ea servers. Btw it said I’ve been cheating when I have not.
What did u do to fix it ihave the same problem
