FC25 UT progress lost

Hello everyone! I had a crash in FC25 last night and since then, i can t acces my UT progress. When i start the game it gives me the Create new settings file only. Any ideea what to do? The support from EA said to wait, they couldn t fix it.

    Hi @Stefutzzz, Can you continue past creating a new file to try and access Ultimate Team?

    I HAVE THE SAME PROBLEM..MY SAVES LOST...AND I CANT SKIP THE NEW SAVE SETTINGS..ANY IDEA?
