I have been scammed out of 2 champs games

I was playing champs and my opponent paused the game and then we both pressed start game. But when the game was supposed to start i got stuck in the pause-screen but I saw in the background that the game was started and my opponent scored but I could not do anything. I restarted my game because I could not do anything and then the next game same thing happend. Fix your game
