I have black lines on my screen

@niccodfifa  Try deleting the existing settings folder from this location C:\Users\[Username]\AppData\Local\EA SPORTS FC 25 (App Data is usually a hidden folder so it can be changed from the View dropdown.) It is possible that the old one was damaged in some way.

Unfortunately the black lines are still there. I tried several HDMI cords just in case. Cannot figure out how to get rid of them 

I do have the same issue. I have reinstalled, and followed the method suggested but still the issue is not resolved
