Hey Antony did your issue get fixed? I am having the same issue too and it has been a week. I have tried posting on here, contacting the customer service multiple times but nothing is fixed.
I have already try my best.But nothing change.I have already given up on this game.I have been heartbroken.I have posted many posts.I have contacted the eahelp many times.But the staff don't understand this game and can't comprehend that it's a bug.I advise you to give up this garbage game or Change account.if you want to know more about this bug ，you can dm my X@CodeKeter63203
