I keep connetcing to the wrong server

Since the end of march, my ping shot up from 18-20 to around 40.
I keep getting matched with people from Germany, France etc. And before, when I was on 18 ping, I was matching people in my country- Poland. So it is a EA issue. The EA Help chat is no help. From what I've seen some people had the same issue. Is there a fix or can anybody contact me from EA tech team?
