Hello,
I encountered an issue with EA FC 25. I bought the EA play to play 10h trail. After I finished these 10 hours, I received a key from one of my friends for this game.
I redeemed it successfully, but in the library I can see only the trial game and for the standard version (the version that I redeemed it) it shows that I need to pay again.
What's the cause of this issue? How can I solve it?

I have the key for ps5.
I discussed already with a lot of people from EA and PS and they do not provide me any solution for this.
I heard that the title update 2 could solve this issue? That’s correct?
If not, what can I do to make my game visible in my library? How it’s possible to remove the trail version entirely?
it’s very frustrating that I bought a key and right now the issue is passed from a guy to another.

As I told you, i spoke with EA support, they told me to speak with PSN support.
I spoke with PSN support also and he told me that EA messed up the keys by providing them with wrong region?
That’s true?
We paid for this game and are almost 3 weeks not being able to play it.
