I played EA FC 25 trial and after finish 10h, I redeemed a key with it.

Hello, I encountered an issue with EA FC 25. I bought the EA play to play 10h trail. After I finished these 10 hours, I received a key from one of my friends for this game. I redeemed it successful...

Hello,

Could you provide an answer for this issue? 
As I told you, i spoke with EA support, they told me to speak with PSN support. 
I spoke with PSN support also and he told me that EA messed up the keys by providing them with wrong region? 

That’s true? 

We paid for this game and are almost 3 weeks not being able to play it.
