I was banned unfairly!

I deleted and reinstalled the game and then the keyboard settings got messed up. when my keyboard settings got messed up I got help from the AI tools and the internet to fix it. even after getting help I couldn't find a solution. and then I tested it by entering 2 or 3 rush matches. still my keyboard settings didn't get fixed. i tried to fix my keyboard settings during the match and I couldn't fix it. then i asked the AI and got various ideas from the AI to fix the keyboard settings. i tried to implement these ideas. the ideas i tried to implement were. 1-changed the controller settings from steam. 2-verified the game files. 3- deleted the game and reinstalled it. 4- I backed up the settings file from the documents and although I searched for the config file and tried to assign the keyboard keys from there, I could not find this folder. (I never violated the rules while doing these things). a few hours after trying these events, my account was banned. I cannot believe that I received an e-mail that I violated the rules because the keyboard settings of the game were broken and I tried to fix it. Moreover, despite how many cheaters I complained to you while playing the game, I could not get an e-mail from you about the solution. I was shocked when I received an e-mail about cheating. as a person who has struggled so much with cheating, you cannot detect one of my rigged matches. if I continue to be unable to play the game I paid for unfairly, I will use all my legal rights.
