i won match in fut champions and it counted as a loss

Today at 14.03 I won match 5-4 in fut champions, match ended even my player got a ball for hat-trick but after that it kicked me out of ultimate team and when I log in again it showed me that it counted as a lose and have 4 wins and 3 loses, when i should get 5 wins and 2 loses.
