I'm not able to evolve my future stars player

Hello there I'm having trouble upgrading my future stars player I can't add any additional play styles and even the new upgrade that was released yesterday I'm unable to do, the background of the card is gray and not blue he currently has 2 play styles so I haven't maxed out on this please help
