I'm tired... Game still not working after 2 updates

The game opens but you can't play: the EA Sports slogan appears with the screen all green. Then I select my user and then there is simply no game, no menus, just a background image, music and no interface. I click on buttons like X, O or Options and an option simply appears in background size where it's not clear what's written there, you can just see that they mention the X key. With the new update, nothing has been solved. I'd like a refund, but Steam only seems to refund when the game is no more than 2 hours old, so I've already got 4.7 hours because when I bought the game it was working, but it's been like this for the last 2 updates. What's more, Steam only refunds to your wallet, so it's impossible to really get your money back. This doesn't make any sense, we're paying for a game that doesn't work properly.
