Immortality League cup issue

Hi I was playing the immortality league cup and had 4 games remaining whilst being on 19 wins and I won 3 of those 4 taking myself to 22 but as they finished I was kicked out of ultimate team on all 3 of them and was given a DNF so please can you change it and give me my deserved wins please
