In Online Mode, EA FC 2025 Keyboard/Gamepad Controls Are Not Working

I've been playing FIFA since '98. I always customize the controls to my preference. It's not difficult, and it's definitely not my first time doing it. I did the same in EA FC 2025, and it was working perfectly. However, after recent updates, the keyboard/gamepad controls are not functioning correctly in online modes. No matter what I tried, I couldn't fix it. I even deleted the game profile, but the issue persists. Has anyone else encountered this problem and managed to solve it? How can I fix this issue?
