INPUT DELAY

Run the connection test on here for both of them and see the difference. You can also run the game with the online input overlay on. This will show you how much delay you have by showing you two controllers on screen.

For the input overlay in game you turn it on in the settings. One controller is your local and the second controller on screen is your connection to the server. Push a button or move the stick and count how many seconds it takes to show up on the second controller. 

So if you have delay there would be say 4 seconds between the two controllers on screen. Then when your friend does the test he would have no delay so the controllers would be in sync. If what you are saying is what that example should look like. 

i have tested my connection and it says 97/100

also tried the 2 controller input overlay thingie in 2 rival matches and there is not much of a difference only like a few milliseconds

so overall i have good connection status and good input  but idk why my players take long to perform an action like passing and they feel like trucks when dribbling etc

Sounds like you don’t have any delay to the server which is good. You would have to compare it to when your friend plays but doubt his would be much better than yours after you did the tests.
