Input Delay

When playing ANY online mode on PC there is a lot of input delay. When pressing a button or moving my joystick on my controller the action happens a full second later in the game. Restarting the game fixes it for half a match, maybe a full match if I'm lucky but then it comes back. No issues in PCM or SB

This is not a connection issue since my internet is very good. This is not a hardware issue either as my PC is more than able to run this game. This is a game issue.

Are there any fixes for this? The game is not playable like this and I would refund the game if I could but I have too many hours on it due to me playing PCM instead of Rivals.
