Input lag and stutter problem makes game unplayable on PC
It has been over 7 weeks, and PC players are unable to play the game without any stutter and input delay.
It’s clear and proven that this issue is not related to GPU driver versions, PC specs, or game config. The problem started immediately after Update 05, released on 19/11, and remains unresolved even after Update 06, released on 04/12. EA needs to take responsibility for this issue, which has been poorly handled so far, find an immediate solution and provide updates to their customers who have paid for this game.
Does EA expect players to not only pay for the game but also spend their valuable time finding a solution for an issue caused on their end?
Following solutions does not work:
- Changing in game configuration
- Changing GPU configuration from GPU control panel
- Reinstalling the game
- Updates EA released so far
Please answer these questions:
- When is this problem going to be solved?
- What is the current progress on fixing this problem?
- When will EA acknowledge that this is a real problem preventing PC players from playing a single match without stutter?
- Will EA offer compensation to PC users for the time it takes to resolve this issue?
