Input Lag on Xbox Series X

I'm having constant input lag during my Friendly and Champs games. When I run the connection score it has me at a 96 but my gameplay feels horrible, players are unresponsive and actions are a .5 sec behind  the input. Are there any settings in game that I can change to help with this? Rivals plays well most of the time but the Bundesliga Cup and Champs has been terrible.
