Hey guys I've found a solution finally , you just have to figure out what your controller is .. mine shows up as a PS3 controller
First you need to make your PC show hidden files , you can google how to do that . Let's begin
Go to local disk C > users > your username (not public) > app data > local > EA FC 26 .. inside you'll see a file written button setup , open it and you'll see a lot of controller names , you can scroll down until you see yours , mine was written " PlayStation 3" on the controller you've scrolled to you'll see all the controller inputs written , just go to the one one written left stick up and down .. where it's written " DOWN" replace with "UP " and vice versa , save the document and enjoy the game . Don't forget it's all UPPERCASE 🙂
