iOS app In-app purchase

Hello,

About 3 days ago I bought FC points from Companion iOS App. 

It took the money from family member's credit card but today when I try to get something (even free) from app store, saying I own a debt and need change my purchase setting. when I  looked at the purchases section I can see FC points bought and it says "Owed" instead of purchased. My guess is that even though the money is drawn from the card, it's registered as payment declined somehow and I'm in debt. 

There is no way to fix this from my side. Apple support says I need to handle this with EA's support.

I need help, I can't download any app due to this problem.
