Having issues in connecting to the EA server

Community ManagerHey folks,
So you're all having issues connecting, is that right? If so, could I get the following info from everyone (and thank you folks who have already provided some of this!):
- What platform do you play on?
- How long have you had this sisue?
- What is the exact error you're getting? (Either text or a screenshot would be perfect)
- When are you getting this error exactly?
I have a few troubleshooting tips for you to try in the meantime while we try to get to the bottom of this.
Ps5. I have been having this problem for 4 days now.
Every time I open ultimate team it takes too long to enter and when I enter the servers are so bad all the time my game just doesn’t work I have to restart and than when I open the game and enter ultimate team it takes a while. I tried everything possible to solve this except deleting and installing the game again which is going to cost me a while and a lot of gbs of internet so I really want to stay away from this solution if that’s the solution. I tried everything with my internet and it is working just fine. The error message is: connecting to the ultimate team is not possible at the moment. You will now be returned to the main menu
