Issues with EAFC 25 Club Membership Rewards Eligibility

I’m experiencing an issue regarding my eligibility for EAFC 25 Club Membership benefits. I played EAFC 25 before the cut-off date of October 31, 2024, using the 10-hour free trial via the EA App. Later, I purchased the game but refunded it due to issues with my computer. Currently, I own the game on Steam, and while my progress has carried over, I’m not receiving any Club Membership rewards (e.g., the Hey Jude evolution, badges, and kits) despite meeting the eligibility criteria.
The support agent mentioned that playing on different platforms (EA App and Steam) may be the issue, even though it’s the same EA account and my progress has synced. They also suggested redownloading the game via EA Play on the EA App to confirm eligibility, but they couldn’t guarantee that it would resolve the issue.
Is there any way to escalate this matter? Could the developers investigate whether my account logs confirm I met the requirements? I have achievements proving I played the game before the cut-off date. It feels frustrating that I might miss out on current and future rewards despite fulfilling the conditions.
