Same problem with me and i believe i have isolated the problem.....im with telstra and have the same issue....tried closing the console....deleted the game and re downloaded....reset my modem...synced the game....checked for updated...tried wifi vs lan....nothing worked.
Hotspotted the PS5 to my phone (vodaphone) and it worked straight away.
So my conclusion is it is a telstra firewall block. What the fix is im not sure, is it a recent EA update or a telstra issue...i dunno.
