It sends a code to my email with an unknown email and tells me to reset it.

I can't log in to FC 25 online. When I try to log in online, it directs me to the page where I enter my email address, but that email account is old, I don't use it, and it's been deleted. It won't let me log in to my new email address; it just sends me the old zip code. I can't log i
