I GOT SUSPENDED 7 DAYS , AFTER COMING BACK TO THE GAME , MY FRIENDS CAN'T SEE ME AND I CAN'T PLAY WITH THEM

i was banned for 7 days from playing EA FC 25 , i was unbanned on tuesday , after 3 days i still can't paly with my friends CO-OP or RUSH or anything , they can't see me online while i can see them , i try to invite them but they accept the invitation or see my name (like in the screenshot , i don't have a name)

please find me a solution , i bought the game to play with my friends not to play alone.
