L1 bug, massive stuttering, Lag etc.
Since the update the game started to stutter massively in all game modes in UT, including squad battles which is bonker. Not to mention the return of the legendary L1 bug...
Since this is clearly the fault on EAs side since people with a range of PC specs are having the same issues, meaning that those issues are not on the users side and cant be fixed with the simple steps our "beloved" EA support team is gaslighting us, such as a complete clean install of our graphics drivers, clean install of the game etc., this means that every user in the EU is eligible for a full reimburse of the game if they decide so.
So, dear EA employees and everyone reading, are you really risking such measures or are you going to offer people reimbursment for the lack of effort on your side, or the 3rd option, are you going to pull your heads out of your butts and start doing something about it? Because this is what is said on your warranty page:
"As a consumer, you have certain statutory rights under local law. For a period of two years (or longer for live services digital content), the physical disc, and the digital content, as may be updated from time to time, shall be without material defects. These are your legal rights and may allow you to request a repair, a partial refund, or a full refund or replacement for a faulty EA game or other offering from the retailer that you bought it from."
