L1 not responsive sometimes (switch player key) // HZ - FPS lag

Hello,

I have controller on PC. -

L1 (switch player button) doesn't work properly in the match. SOMETIMES not responsive.

In the first 5 munites, it works %75 functionally

after that it drops %25 functionally

I mean , In the second half of the match I can'T switch players by pressing L1 (%25 chance to switch)

Other switch player button > right stick works no problem there.

I just don't get it, I use gamepad tester program there seems nothing.

But in the match L1 button is offline mostly.

Am I the only one facing this problem? ( by the way i reinstalled game , not solved.)

Problem2)

No matter what setting I  use , I can't play this game without choosing 144 hz - no fps limit.

If i set the limit 60fps or something else, my game becomes unplayable, stuttering lagging

If i set my hz lower than 144 hz (60-120 etc.) my game becomes unplayable , stuttering lagging.

I have gsync 180 hz 1k monitor.
