Hello, I can't load my previous game. In the beginning there is the only option to create new personal settings, not to load my previous settings with my game progress. After I create new personal settings, my progress in career mode is lost.

Your personal settings file shouldn't have an effect on any of your progress other than your Skill Games. Just to check: are you playing on a different system or PC than you did previously? Career mode saves are stored locally, so if you're on a new device then they wouldn't carry over.
I play always on PC(not changing the device). Every time when I load the game the first thing that I need to do is to load personal settings file. Yesterday there was no file and the only option was to create new personal file. After I've created it all my progress in manager career was lost.

No, I didn't clean up or delete files
So I launched ea fc 25 today and for some reason my personal settings are missing which means all of my career modes,all of my settings are gone,for no reason...i never deleted anything.
Yesterday I lost my personal settings too and lost all of my career progress. I think there is some problem with the game. Another guy in the forum told that the same thing happened with him
What happens with the game? I saw in the forum that another two people have the same problem only for last three hours. Please do something

I got a same problem too , I did no clean up or deleting files , but the personal settings files is gone , also with my all career mode progress , I have lost the career mode progress once before , hope EA could quickly fix it .
