Lagging

I have very bad delay and lagging. 

My gameplay would speed up for no reason. 

The ball is going is like going 100mph 

I would pass the ball with little power but the ball go's auper fast all the players move auper fast and lagging it's really bad. I had the same problem with ea fc 24
